A Very Special Hallmark

To Say THANK YOU to the NHS, we have a very special hallmark on some of our pieces
SO….. this really has been a rollercoaster of a year for everyone and we all know how amazing the NHS has been and continues to be ….
We are so happy to be involved with this wonderful idea with the Birmingham Assay Office. In addition to our normal hallmark we have added a very special and unique mark for all of our pieces over 7.7g and all of our gold pieces.
At the beginning of the pandemic, rainbows started to appear in the windows of homes all over the UK, spreading hope amid the Covid 19 pandemic. The Rainbow logo depicts the iconic Rainbow symbol.
In addition we have added the Date Mark for 2020 and the great part of this is that for each piece we have marked, £1 has been donated to the NHS by the Birmingham Assay Office.
This is totally unique for 2020 and exclusive to the Birmingham Assay Office where we are registered.
This Mark ends with 2020. Silver and Gold are often considered heirlooms, something to hand down through the generations. We hope those items carrying this special mark may become collectables and feature as a talking point in years to come.
